What happened like this?
I request to singpost that I don't want to send my article to that address.
Then, singpost must freeze and need to arrange so as not to proceed that delivery.
Why this article has already delivery to unwanted address like this?

I cannot understand working flow/ procedure of singpost.<sigh>

If I am allowed to guess, that should be some kind of electronic goods that's fallen under fraud case?

Am I right?

Nigiria is a country with a lot of fraud cases in the world, and I also have such kind of experience before.
